The tools we built because the shop needed them.
Call tracking, reviews and the listing, the shop line, a field-walk app, and the board we are moving to. Each one is named, with an honest status. No signup page — if you want one, we talk.
What exists
Built for our family company first. Listed here in the order they are closest to being something a second shop can use.
OpenRail
FinishingYour own call-tracking numbers, recordings, and texts. Not a CallRail bill.
Runs our own shop line today — every number, every recording. What is being finished is the part where a second company gets its own account and never sees ours.
About OpenRailReputation Hub
InviteOne place to see reviews, the listing, and whether you show up when someone asks an assistant.
The dashboard is ready for a second shop, with me in the loop. The part where it texts your customers for you is still being finished — I will not sell that until it sends.
About Reputation HubVoice
In useThe shop line, set up so it can actually book.
Sold as setup, $299/mo. It reads the board you already run.
How setup worksSiteTape
FinishingWalk the house, talk as you go, leave with a report the customer can read and a price you can stand behind.
Works today, on a phone, with no account. Not billed. Backups, a company layer, and the last of the setup are what is being finished.
About SiteTapeBetter Call Pro
FinishingSoftware for the shop that currently lives in Housecall Pro — estimates, the board, the jobs — built so more than one company can run on it.
The largest of these, and the least ready to sell. It is on this page because it exists, not because you can buy it. When it is good enough for our own shop to leave Housecall Pro, it is good enough for you.
About Better Call ProCustom
Need something that is not these.
A portal, an internal tool, a rebuild that has to keep every URL — or an application other people log into.
How that works
Two ways to get any of it
Same code underneath. Two different promises. Never two prices for the same thing that disagree.
Services · I run it
You want the outcome, not another login.
Monthly. I set it up on our system and watch it. This is what most shops actually want, and it is what the prices on this site are for.
Software · you get the app
You want the tool, in your own account.
A second location, a shop that would rather stop paying CallRail or BirdEye, or one that wants to hold the recordings itself. That is a call, then setup and a monthly when the app is ready for it. The chip on each card is the honest state:
- In use
- Running on a real shop, every day.
- Invite
- A second company can be put on it, with me in the loop. No self-serve signup.
- Finishing
- Real software. Not ready for a stranger. Ask and I will tell you where it stands.
What is not on this page
Tools that are still only ours. Screenshots of unfinished screens. A “book a demo” form. When something becomes sellable, its chip moves and its page gets a real number. Until then the honest version is the one above.
Call me. I’ll pick up.
