Walk the house, talk as you go, leave with a report the customer can read and a price you can stand behind.

For the estimator who does the walk, drives back, and then spends the evening typing it up. SiteTape records the walk, pins your photos to the moment you took them, transcribes what you said, and turns it into a scope with a price — before you leave the driveway.

Finishing

Real software. Not ready for a stranger. Ask and I will tell you where it stands.

Works today, on a phone, with no account. Not billed. Backups, a company layer, and the last of the setup are what is being finished.

No “available now.” No signup page. If the chip says Finishing, that is what it means.

What it does

  • Record the walk

Talk while you look. The panel, the run, the attic. It keeps up.

  • Photos pinned to the tape

Every picture lands on the spot in the recording where you took it. No guessing which panel was which.

  • Transcribed

Your words, in text, room by room.

  • A report the customer can read

Plain language. What you found, what you recommend, in the order you walked it.

  • A priced scope

Your rates, your markup. A number you can stand behind, not a guess in the truck.

  • Works offline

Basements do not have signal. It saves anyway and catches up later.

What it is not

It is not an estimating program with a price book you have to build first, and it does not need an account to work. It is not a self-serve product yet. It is a thing you hold, and it is close.

How you can get it

Two ways, and they are different promises. Same code underneath.

I run it for you

There is no managed version.

This one is a thing you hold. It does not make sense for me to run it on your behalf.

You get the app

A call. Then honesty.

There is no managed version — it is a tool you hold. Call if you want to try it on a real walk. It pairs with Better Call Pro, where the walk becomes the estimate.
