What “technical” is, without the fog
Can a crawler request the URL and get the content back as HTML, quickly, without executing a pile of JavaScript to find the heading. Is there a sitemap that lists the real pages and not the staging copies. Are titles unique. Is there canonicalization that does not fight itself. Is the site on HTTPS. Can Search Console see it because you are a user, not because an agency forwarded a PDF.
Google can render JavaScript. It does it constantly, including on WordPress. That is not an argument for shipping a heavier page. Rendering costs time. Time is measured. A finished page skips the wait. I will not tell you Google “cannot see” a builder site. I will tell you the builder site is usually slower, noisier, and harder to keep consistent.
Core Web Vitals are a consequence
Largest Contentful Paint, layout shift, responsiveness — those are names for how a page feels. Plugins that “optimize Core Web Vitals” on top of a page builder are often fighting the architecture. Static HTML with a small CSS file and a couple of compressed images tends to pass because there is less to go wrong. We still measure. We do not skip the measurement and claim a lab score from a template.
Indexation, not “submission”
I will set up Search Console in your account, send a sitemap, and request indexing for the important URLs after launch. I will not sell “submit to Google” as a product. Google already knows how to find a site that is linked and listed. The work is making the pages worth finding, and not blocking them.
